Lodha, a five-time MLA from the posh Malabar Hill assembly seat in South Mumbai, is in the fray for the sixth consecutive time. According to the affidavit filed by Lodha, he and his wife have movable assets worth more than Rs 252 crore and immovable assets worth about Rs 189 crore, with the 63-year-old MLA preparing to win for the sixth consecutive time. Mumbai BJP President Mangal Prabhat Lodha has declared assets worth more than Rs 441 crore.

दक्षिण मुंबई के पॉश मालाबार हिल विधानसभा सीट से पांच बार के विधायक लोढ़ा लगातार छठी बार चुनाव मैदान में हैं. लोढ़ा द्वारा दायर हलफनामे के मुताबिक उनके और उनकी पत्नी के पास 252 करोड़ रुपए से अधिक की चल संपत्ति और करीब 189 करोड़ रुपए की अचल संपत्ति है 63 वर्षीय विधायक लगातार छठी बार जीत दर्ज करने की तैयारी में हैं. मुंबई भाजपा के अध्‍यक्ष मंगल प्रभात लोढ़ा ने 441 करोड़ रुपये से ज्‍यादा की संपत्ति घोषित की है.
