Khadi and Village Industries have manufactured bamboo bottles , Which will be used in place of plastic bottle. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has launched this bottle made of bamboo and bath soap made from cow dung.

महात्मा गांधी की 150वीं जयंती पर केंद्र की मोदी सरकार ने सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक को पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंधित करने का अभियान शुरू किया है..इसीलिए मोदी सरकार प्लास्टिक का नया विकल्प लेकर आई है.. खादी और ग्रामोउद्योग ने बांस की बोतल का निर्माण किया है, जो प्लास्टिक बोतल की जगह इस्तेमाल होगी. केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने बांस से बनी इस बोतल और गाय के गोबर से बना नहाने का साबुन को लॉन्च कर दिया है।
