South Korea has denounced Japan's export controls at the latest meeting of the Wassenaar Arrangement,... which is one of the world’s four major export control regimes.
Seoul's trade ministry said on Sunday that at last week's meeting in Vienna... it called for the international community to take interest in the matter.
The South Korean delegation said... Tokyo's export controls are unilateral and political, and were imposed despite Seoul faithfully abiding by global export control norms.
