i hope this video shows how even just 10 minutes can be filled with a mixture of emotions and personalities while living with DID. It's totally unedited so I apologise for any pauses or sudden switches to my Others. They're called Hope, Caleb and Adam, and I have a few Others who stay hidden (even from me at times!).
This video is a spur of the moment video I made when feeling depressed to try lift myself and just get it out.
