North Korea has pledged to cooperate with the international community on climate change issues,... announcing its plan to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
According to the North‘s Korean Central Television on Friday...., the North Korean delegation on the first day of the UN Climate Action summit revealed Pyeongyang's 10-year plan to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 16-point-4 percent by 2030.
The delegate added that if it gets international support,.... Pyeongyang is willing to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by a further 36 percent.
