Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni has defeated the likes of Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar in the list of most admired men in India. According to a survey conducted by YouGov, Dhoni is the second most admired man in India, next only to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.The sample size of the survey was 42,000 people from across 41 countries to create the list of most admired people in the world, with two separate categories for men and women.While Modi emerged as the most admired man in India in 2019, ace boxer Mary Kom was rated as the most admired woman in the country.

महेंद्र सिंह धोनी आज भले ही क्रिकेट से दूर हैं लेकिन इससे उनकी व्यक्तित्व की विशालता पर कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ा है। धोनी की जबरदस्त फैन फालॉइंग में कोई कमी नहीं आई है। यही कारण है कि क्रिकेट से ब्रेक लेने के बाद भी वे सुर्खियों में बने रहते हैं। इस बात की पुष्टि एक सर्वे की रिपोर्ट ने भी कर दी है जिसके मुताबिक धोनी भारत के दूसरे सबसे ज्यादा प्रशंसित, यानी पंसद किए जाने वाले व्यक्ति हैं। मजेदार बात यह है कि इस लिस्ट में धोनी से ऊपर जो शख्स हैं वे देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी हैं।
