About Sister's Death.
In a interview with ‘The Guardian,’ former
One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson opened up
about the recent grief he’s had to deal with. .
In 2016, his mother, Johannah Deakin, died
of leukemia, and two years later his younger
sister, Félicité, died of an accidental overdose. .
As the oldest of his siblings,
Tomlinson had to find strength even
when he was at ‘rock bottom.’.
There’s no time for me to be sat feeling sorry
for myself … I’ve been to rock bottom and I feel
like, whatever my career’s going to throw in
front of me, it’s going to be nothing as big or
as emotionally heavy as that … I don’t want
people to feel sorry for me, Louis Tomlinson, to ‘The Guardian’.
According to Tomlinson, those “dark times” changed his
perspective on life and motivated him to work harder. .
It makes everything else, not feel easier and
not less important, but, in the grand scheme
of things, you see things for what they are,
I suppose … I’ve turned something that’s
really dark into something that empowers

Tomlinson went on to credit his fans with
supporting him and helping him push forward. .
