Top national security aides of S. Korea, U.S. agree to follow-up steps following Moon-Trump summit
  • 5 years ago
Staying in New York,… the top national security advisors of South Korea and the United States -- Chung Eui-yong and Robert O’Brien -- discussed ways to follow-up on Monday's summit between Presidents Moon and Trump.
Meeting for the first time since O'Brien was appointed U.S. National Security Advisor last week, they also agreed to meet again in the near future in Seoul or Washington.
President Trump replaced John Bolton with O'Brien due to his differences with Bolton on multiple fronts,… including on how to denuclearize North Korea.
