Shaolin Laura Bonthuis performs Martial Arts Form Xinjia in Lelystad

Martial Arts practitioner Laura Bonthuis who lives in Apeldoorn the Netherlands performs the Xinjia Chen form. Laura was a former high level Badminton player and studied Kickboxing under master Wim Scharrenberg ( also Kyokushinkai Karate instructor ). Laura Bonthuis was always fascinated by the Chinese martial arts and the Shaolin Monks. So she started her journey at Shaolin Kung Fu Apeldoorn He Yong Gan martial arts school. Laura Bonthuis won many prizes in national and international tournaments. In April 2019 she had a 3rd place at the European Wu Shu Championships in Moscow Russia. Laura Bonthuis one month later in June 2019 she won a bronze medal at the World Championships in Emeishan China. She was sponsored by the Federatie Oosterse Gevechtskunsten FOG.
