The heartwarmingly funny moment is captured as Houston-area kids try to "clean up" the flooded roads from Tropical Depression Imelda with a mop, rake and leaf blower Thursday (September 19).
"They were playing, but they were serious too. We were just trying to make feel better about the situation. We went through the same situation back in 2017 with Hurricane Harvey," said Manase, the filmer.
