Section 144 imposed only in 9-10 police station of Kashmir

Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar said that section 144 was imposed in only in nine-ten police station of Kashmir. He also said that National Conference chairman Farooq Abdullah was arrested under Public Safety Act the day before yesterday it means that before that he was not under arrest.
