Kevin Hart Sued for $60 Million
Over Leaked Sex Tape.
Montia Sabbag, the model who appeared
in a sex tape with Kevin Hart in 2017, has
reportedly filed a federal lawsuit in California.
When the tape was initially leaked in September 2017,
Hart’s then-friend, Jonathan Jackson, was charged
with attempting to extort Hart. .
At the time, Sabbag and Hart were both ruled to be
“victims” of the taping and Sabbag publicly spoke
about how she didn’t plan to make claims against Hart. .
However, this new suit alleges that
Sabbag was filmed “without her knowledge
or consent” and that Hart “negligently or
intentionally” allowed the filming to occur. .
[Sabbag] had no knowledge that the
intimate activity depicted in the video
was being recorded…Had Ms. Sabbag
known that her private sexual activities
were being secretly filmed, [she] would
not have engaged in any such activities, Lawsuit, via NBC News.
She also alleges that Hart “conspired” with
Jackson to create the tape and obtain “financial
benefit” and publicity for his 2018 stand-up tour.
The $60 million lawsuit is also
being carried out against Marriott,
Blackstone and the Cosmopolitan.
