S. Korea begins issuing English-language driver's license valid in 33 countries

South Korea has started the issuance of a new type of driver's license in the English language.
It is valid for use in 33 countries including the UK, Australia, Singapore and some parts of Canada.
According to South Korea's National Police Agency, local drivers can apply for the new license for about nine U.S. dollars... at a local police station or a test center.
However, travelers should keep in mind, the terms of use differ for each country.
