NASA Mission to Test if Lunar Gateway’s Unique Orbit is Stable

NASA has awarded a contract to Advanced Space to develop a CubeSat that's expected to be the first spacecraft to operate in this highly elliptical orbit as a test for the future lunar outpost. NASA Associate Administrator Jim Reuter describes the mission as “highly ambitious in both cost and schedule.”
