Beyonce’s ‘Homecoming’ Snubbed
at 2019 Creative Arts Emmy Awards.
The 71st annual Primetime Creative Arts
Emmy Awards occurred on Sept. 14 and 15.

performance as the first black woman to headline
the festival, received a total of six nominations. .
Those nominations included outstanding
variety special, costume, directing, music
direction, production design and writing.
‘Homecoming’ lost to competitors such as
'Carpool Karaoke’ and ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race.’.
Ben Hagarty, a cameraman on ‘Homecoming,’ took to
Twitter following the show to express his disappointment. .
I held a heavy a-- camera and walked backwards
keeping these 3 legends in frame while dave held
a carabiner on my pants to guide me...Oh and I
