How to Run Apps in Compatibility Mode in Windows 10?

Most of the Apps or Programs Created for Earlier versions of Windows can run on windows 10 smoothly, but some programs might run poorly or not run at all. You can try running programs in compatibility mode.

Step 1: Click on the Search box, and then type the name of the program that you want to run in compatibility mode.

Step 2: Now, right click on 'App,' and then click on 'Open File Location.'

Step 3: Right click on App's Shortcut. Click on 'Properties.'

Step 4: Click on 'Compatibility' tab.

Step 5: Check the box 'Run this program in compatibility mode for,' and then select the latest version of windows that you know the App is designed for, or last worked in.

Step 6: Click on 'Apply' button, and then 'ok' button.
