Xi Jinping sends congratulations for 71st anniversary of N. Korea's founding

Celebrating the 71st anniversary of North Korea's founding,... Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory message to the regime's leader Kim Jong-un on Monday.
According to Pyeongyang's Korean Central Television,... Xi said in the message that... he hopes for greater happiness for the people of the two countries by continuing their traditional friendship.
Referring to the four visits made by Kim to China and his latest visit to the North in June,... the Chinese president said,... he's delighted to see their common beliefs becoming stronger.
The state-run media also reported that Russia's President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message,... in which he described the relationship between the two countries as a constructive one based on friendship.
