South African police fire stun grenades in a clash with protesters in Cape Town on Friday (September 6).
"They need to know we are fighting for our rights," one female protester says to the camera.
Local journalist Wesley Fester said "police dispersed them for peacefully protesting outside the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).
"The Cape Town CBD has been rocked by protests since Tuesday, as people from various communities and organisations converged on the CBD to protest violence against women and children."
