'Good faith' in DAP hard to prove, Briones says

While Malacañang insists it implemented the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) in good faith, former national treasurer Leonor Briones told ANC this will be difficult to prove. The Palace has always insisted the DAP benefited the economy, but Briones said the end simply does not justify the means.
