Azkals' Simone Rota gives back to orphanage

MANILA, Philippines – Simone Rota of the Philippine Azkals is giving back to the orphanage where he stayed as a child before he was adopted by a couple in Italy. Rota, who was part of the Azkals team that placed second in the recent AFC Challenge Cup, grew up in Italy but while he is in the Philippines, he stays at Buklod Kalinga, the orphanage where he stayed at as a baby. Rota is loved by the children in the orphanage and helps in the day-to-day chores of the place. He also holds a feeding program thrice a week in Parañaque.
