MANILA - Janet Lim Napoles and Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. arrived at the Sandiganbayan, both set for arraignment later this morning. Napoles arrived at around 7:15a.m. on Thursday, and was quietly brought to the Sandiganbayan First Division. Her arrival was followed shortly by Sen. Revilla who got there at 7:40 a.m. Other co-accused personalities are expected to come later in the day, including Revilla's former chief of staff, Richard Cambe. from a report by Johnson Manabat, DZMM
