Personal grudge delays Cabinet confirmations: PNoy

MANILA - President Aquino on Thursday blamed personal grudge for the delay in the confirmation of some members of his Cabinet. Amng those whose appointments have yet to be confirmed are Justice Secretary Leila de Lima, DSWD Secretary Dinky Soliman, Energy Secretary Jericho Petilla and Environment Secretary Ramon Paje. The President said he trusts his Cabinet. He also appealed to members of the Commission on Appointments to be professional in evaluating the appointees. "Pag tinanong bat di na ko confirm, lumalabas specific individuals have an axe to grind. We are hoping na malipat na 'to personalan, gawin nating professional," he said.
