PNP to return Napoles to jail unless stopped by court

Philippine National Police (PNP) spokesperson Sr. Supt. Wilben Mayor said they will push through with the transfer of Janet Lim Napoles back to Fort Sto. Domingo even if she's been experiencing complications from her previous medical operation. That is unless a court orders them not to push through with the transfer, he said.
