Lacson: Incumbent senators among those linked to Napoles

Former Senator Panfilo Lacson says all personalities who have been linked to the scam must be held to account. He notes anomalies in the use of pork barrel funds first came to light as early as 2003. He adds several officials who were involved in transactions with Janet Napoles then are now incumbent senators. Lacson has long called for the scrapping of the pork barrel system.
