No TRO on Bong's plea vs Ombudsman

The Supreme Court cancelled the oral arguments on the petition of Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. to suspend the Ombudsman probe on the pork barrel scam. The oral arguments on the Revilla plea was supposedly scheduled on April 22 at 2 p.m. at the SC Session Hall in Baguio City during its summer sessions. Revilla, one of the three senators indicted by the Ombudsman in connection with the pork barrel scam, had asked the SC to issue a temporary restraining order (TRO) against the Ombudsman's proceedings.
