Snatcher hides in 'imburnal', eludes arrest

MANILA – Police failed to catch an alleged snatcher after the latter hid in a drain pipe along Congressional Avenue in Barangay Bahay Toro, Quezon City. The suspect, identified as Elmer Espina, allegedly snatched a cellphone in Muñoz area on Wednesday evening. Police said charges will still be filed against Espina even if he managed to escape from the authorities. – report from Kori Quintos, ABS-CBN News
