Quimbo says lower income tax rates to be in place by 2016

House ways and means chairman Miro Quimbo says the House will reduce tax breaks, reduce mining taxes and modernize Customs before cutting income tax rates. He added Congress will work on all the measures simultaneously instead of one after another because they want the new tax rates in place by January 2016. Mornings@ANC, March 27, 2014
