Hoffenheim shock Leverkusen with 3-2 win

In Bundesliga, Hoffenheim’s Anthony Modeste scored a dramatic late winner to further dent Bayer Leverkusen’s push for European qualification. Frenchman Modeste, Hoffenheim’s top scorer, secured victory in a game his side led three times. Hoffenheim took the lead 14 minutes after being awarded a penalty, but Leverkusen’s leading scorer, Steffan Kiessling, struck back in the 39th minute. Hoffenheim quickly broke through Kevin Volland, but after halftime, Leverkusen were able to draw level again.
