An ally of Vice President Jejomar Binay dismissed as politicking Senator Alan Peter Cayetano's proposal for special courts to handle cases linked to the pork barrel scam. Navotas Rep. Toby Tiangco said there is no basis for Cayetano's statement that the public fears architects of the scam will go scot-free if Binay wins the 2016 presidential elections.
