MANILA, Philippines – The Philippines will join five countries in Group B at the draw for the FIBA basketball World Cup in Barcelona. Argentina was drawn as top seeds and favorites in Group B, which will also include Greece, Senegal, Croatia and Puerto Rico. The Philippine national team qualified after a silver medal finish in the Asian qualifiers last year.
