The city of Vigan proudly showcased its top product at the recent longganisa festival. Several innovative dishes using the local sausage were presented at the cookfest such as sweet and sour longganisa, torta, burger, relleno and even desserts. There was also a street dance competition where twelve groups performed various native dances. Vigan is one of the 28 finalists in the "New 7 Wonders Cities" in the world.
