President Aquino paid tribute to employees of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for their selflessness and dedication at the height of super typhoon "Yolanda." In his message at the department's 63rd anniversary, Aquino bashed critics for overlooking the hard work put in by the DSWD staff. He also thanked DSWD personnel for forging on with their duties in spite of fatigue and tough field conditions.
