All set for first ever Torotot Festival in Davao

MANILA, Philippines – The local government of Davao City found an alternative way to celebrate the New Year. The city will hold its first ever “Torotot Festival,” where the residents are attempting to break the record set by Japan for the most number of people blowing horns to welcome the New Year.
