The Sandiganbayan has issued a warrant of arrest for businessman and former Agriculture Secretary Luis "Cito" Lorenzo for his alleged involvement in funneling funds of state-owned Quedancor to then President Gloria Arroyo's 2004 campaign. -- ANC Business Nightly, December 5, 2013
