Modus using forged SAROs stopped: Abad

MANILA - President Aquino met with Budget Secretary Butch Abad and Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala after a newspaper report said that SAROs or special allotment release orders for P870 million worth of farm-to-market roads were allegedly forged.
