BIR: Pacquiao yet to submit document from IRS

Internal Revenue Commissioner Kim Henares says Pacquiao's camp has yet to submit the document from the Internal Revenue Service of the US that states the boxing champ did pay his taxes. In an interview on ANC's Headstart, Henares said an access code to Pacquiao's IRS account and a note from his promoter cannot stand as proof that Pacquiao paid his taxes in the US.
