Mindoro folk flee to safer ground ahead of 'Yolanda'

In Mindoro, evacuation centers have been arranged and relief packs are already being prepared for the evacuees as Typhoon "Yolanda" is expected to hit the area. State weather bureau PAGASA said Yolanda is expected to exit Philippine - ANC Headstart, 8 November 2013
