Davao braces for Zoraida

MANILA - Preparations are underway in Davao for Tropical Depression Zoraida. Classes on all levels in Davao region have been suspended due to bad weather. Hundreds of commuters were stranded after the Coast Guard canceled all sea travel in Sasa Wharf. Authorities urge residents in low-lying and flashflood-prone areas to seek higher ground.
