Cagayan braces for typhoon 'Vinta'

MANILA - Cagayan province is bracing for typhoon "Vinta." Cagayan Governor Alvaro Antonio said the province is prepared for the typhoon's expected landfall by late Thursday afternoon or early evening. Antonio said occasional rains are currently being felt in Cagayan. He said they are prepared to evacuate residents in hazard-prone areas should the need arise.
