MANILA, Philippines – The Philippines finished in 18th place in the FIBA 3x3 under-18 championships, but Kobe Paras won the tournament’s dunk contest. Paras, who plays for the La Salle Zobel Greenies, stole the show with an alley-oop pass to himself between the legs, and finishing with a reverse dunk off the glass.
