MANILA, Philippines – NBA superstar Derrick Rose of the Chicago Bulls is on the third and final day of his Manila tour. Rose arrived in the country last Saturday, and on Sunday watched the finals of the adidas 3on3 tournament at the Araneta Coliseum.
