MANILA -- The Senate Blue Ribbon Committee on Thursday resumed its probe into the pork barrel scam. Committee chair Senator Teofisto "TG" Guingona III said his team was able to visit the offices of three non-government organizations (NGOs) linked to Janet Lim Napoles and recover their articles of incorporation. He said whistleblower Benhur Luy was a signatory in the three NGOs that received millions of pesos in funding from Zamboanga Rubber Estate Corporation (ZREC) and National Agribusiness Corporation (NABCOR). But Guingona noted there were inconsistencies in the signatures of Luy and a certain Colin Liyoc. Meanwhile, senators linked to the scam were again no-shows in the hearing.
