P10-M bounty out for Napoles

MANILA -- In an effort to finally capture fugitive businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles, President Aquino has put up a P10-million bounty for the alleged pork barrel scam mastermind. The President also issued a stern warning against those coddling Napoles and her brother Reynald Lim, who went missing after an arrest warrant was issued against them for allegedly detaining one of the whistleblowers, Benhur Luy.
