17 killed in ships' collision in Cebu

At least 17 people have died after two ships collided in Cebu Friday night. The Philippine Coast Guard says 2GO's MV Saint Thomas Aquinas collided with cargo vessel MV Sulpicio Express Siete near the Cebu City port. About 575 passengers have been rescued so far.
