16,000 families affected by Laguna floods

Entire Laguna province is now under a state of calamity. Over 16,000 families in 69 barangays have been affected by the floods caused by non-stop rains. Around 47 evacuation centers have been opened for displaced residents. - ANC, Top Story, August 20, 2013
