Taguig vows to fight for Fort Bonifacio ownership

MANILA -- Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano on Wednesday stressed the local government will fight for its claim over Fort Bonifacio after the Court of Appeals ruled the area belonged to Makati City. Cayetano said Taguig city will maintain status quo by exercising jurisdiction over Fort Bonifacio despite the appellate court's decision, as the ruling is not yet final and executory.
