Philippines gets second Navy warship

The country is beefing up maritime defenses with the arrival the BRP Ramon Alcaraz.The country's second Navy warship was welcomed by fishermen in Bolinao, Pangasinan. It will soon dock in Subic for formal ceremonies led by President Aquino.
