The Union BJP seems to have changed its paw towards the non-BJP states. The centre has been sanctioning huge amounts of funds to the Telangana government. The Centre has sanctioned Rs. 3,110 crore to Telangana under the campansatory Accreditation fund Management and Planning Authority Act (KAMPA), Minister Indkaran Reddy said. The meeting was held with all the state Environment ministers at the Environment Bhavan in Delhi under the aegis of Union Environment Minister Prakash Jawadekar.
