We start at South Korea's top office.
President Moon Jae-in is holding a Cabinet meeting as we speak... to review next year's budget plan.
The planned 423-billion U.S. dollar budget would be South Korea's largest in history.
The president is likely to reiterate his firm resolve to fight Japan's "unreasonable" trade restrictions against South Korea,... as part of the budget plan includes ways to cope with the harsher trade conditions.
He may also remark on Seoul's decision to end its military-intel sharing agreement with Japan.
The Cabinet meeting, normally held every Tuesday,... had been scheduled for Thursday this week.
The government will submit its finalized budget plan for the National Assembly's review next Tuesday.
