DOJ free to revise GCTA rules; anyone also free to contest at Supreme Court

Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin said on August 27, 2019, that there is no stopping the Department of Justice (DOJ) now from revising the internal guidelines of the Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) law. Bersamin added that anyone unsatisfied by the DOJ action is also free to file a contention with the Supreme Court.
